Itinerary

Day 1

From Yangon to Bago and check in at Bulaeinn Villas

Meet your guide at your hotel in Yangon or welcomed at airport.

Drive to Bago (80 km - around1 ½ hour). Stop en-route by an Allied War Graves cemetery near Htauk Kyan and a "Nat" tree shrine. Then, visit to the charming and characteristic monastery of Kya Khet Waii, an eminent teaching center for hundreds of monks from neighboring regions to study Buddhism. You will have ample time to observe when the monks walk mindfully in procession for their last meal of the day. Continue to a thousand years old Shwemawdaw Pagoda with its spire taller than the Shwedagon Pagoda, and Hinthar Hill. Lunch (on your own account) will be at local restaurant in Bago.

After lunch, stroll through Bago Market, and visits with the 55-meter long reclining Shwe Tha Lyaung Buddha, which is among one of the country's most impressive images as well as the four giant Buddha images at Kyaik Pun Pagoda. After that, visit to a 'Mon' weaving and handicraft village producing woven bamboo wares. And then, transfer to Bulaeinn Villas Resort check in.

Day 2

Yoga Session in Bulaeinn

After breakfast at resort, start 2 hour yoga session with your yoga trainer around 10h00 in the charming and tranquil surrounding area. After that, enjoy your lunch and leisure for a few time. Feel the beauty and peace of its green and spacious grounds seep into your heart.

After take a rest for refreshment, in the evening join 1 hour Asana yoga - Asanas are performed to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. The use of breathing and focus can help relieve stress and anxiety. And then, enjoy your dinner and rest of the night is free.

Day 3

Yoga Session in Bulaeinn and return to Yangon

In the early morning, join Meditation Session & Yoga class and make a moment of tranquil mind. After that, have a breakfast and free time to unwind and connect to the natural beauty of the surroundings.

Around 11h00, join yoga session. Then, have leisure time until leave the resort and head back to Yangon.
