Itinerary

Day 1

Arrive Heho and transfer to Kalaw

Arrive at Heho Airport and drive to KALAW, the beautiful pine city of Shan State.

On arrival at the Kalaw Hill Lodge, you will be welcomed by drinks and then check-in at the hotel. Take a rest for refreshment and have a vegetarian lunch.  After lunch, enjoy some leisure time.

At 3 PM, relax with a full body message (about 90 minutes) and then, your first class of yoga session will start at 5 PM. Yoga is a great activity for you if you have diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, or heart disease. It gives you strength, flexibility, and mind-body awareness.

After 1 hour of yoga practice, join peaceful Meditation session that makes your body feel rejuvenated. After Meditation, enjoy your vegetarian dinner and rest of day is for your leisure.

Day 2

Yoga Session & Exploring Farm

In the early morning, join Meditation Session & Yoga class and have a moment of peaceful mind. After that, have a vegetarian breakfast and begin your farming experience with a visit to an organic vegetables garden which grows a large variety of vegetables and foodstuff. Here you can learn the traditional techniques of growing vegetables and you are welcome to join with the farmer to learn planting, treating and harvesting process.

Additionally, get some farming experience with these activities – working with buffaloes, feeding animals, milking cows, planting trees and riding ox cards.

Return back to your hotel and have a vegetarian lunch. After lunch, take a rest for refreshment. Around 5 PM, join Yoga class and Meditation session before your vegetarian dinner.

Day 3

Half Day Community Trail

In the early morning, join Meditation Session & Yoga class before breakfast. After your breakfast, start your half day community trail where you will first visit a local Buddhist Monastery where you can learn about how Buddhists perform religious activities.

Next, visit to the local library and proceed start your soft walking tour to the Nanthe Danu Village where you can observe the way of life of Danu people. 

Take some rest to enjoy local over green tea and local snacks. Continue to explore Nepalese Village and have a Nepalese traditional lunch.

After lunch, back to your hotel and join the Meditation session and yoga class before your vegetarian dinner.  Spend your precious night time freely.

Day 4

Departure From Kalaw Hill Lodge
